Everything I could find written about this shampoo said it was fabulous. It was rated the #1 dandruff and itchy scalp shampoo everywhere. But it's not worked for me at all and seems to have made my scalp more crusty and dry. I am planning to call the company and see about a refund.

First of all the shampoo and conditioner don't work. And secondly the company offers a money back guarantee, but they don't give instructions on how to get a refund and their website doesn't leave valid contact information or a phone number. So, their guarantee is scam to get you to buy their worthless products.
